The Global Partnerships team works with partners across creators, public figures, media, entertainment news and sports across the family of apps. The team is focused on helping build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences and businesses that deliver sustainable value for our partners in the form of audience, advertising revenue, and conversions. The team works on a wide range of product initiatives within Meta, predominantly focusing on Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp, including: Threads, Reels, Monetisation, Metaverse, Broadcast Channels. The team also provides horizontal enablement across these areas for deals, content strategy and planning, audience development, product marketing, creative strategy, scaled outreach, and company-wide efforts like cultural relevance, IP regulation, racial justice initiatives and curation. Meta is seeking to grow its Partner Solutions team within the larger Global Partnerships organization. The Global Partnerships team at Meta works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including creators, public figures, music artists & athletes and Entertainment & Sports media Companies. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency and business value for Meta with these top partners. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.
Partner Solutions Manager, Creators & Media Partnerships Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and scale partnership programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of appsSupport managed partners and liaise with internal stakeholders to understand partners' core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help them achieve platform successShare product expertise and educate Partners on our best practices & new products to help them accelerate their growthSupport Product GTM & launches with partners in regionAct as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teamsUse data and insights to drive strategic decision-makingUse market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goalsProactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystemMinimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, partner or project managementExperience working with Public Figures or Music Artists at a talent agency, media, or tech companyExperience with using Facebook or Instagram to help partners or clients reach their goalsExperience turning data into narrative and using data to spot opportunitiesFluent in English & ArabicPreferred Qualifications:
