As a Partner Solution Architect with a focus on Infrastructure, your role involves working closely with partners to empower them in achieving their desired outcomes for their customers. Utilizing your technical expertise, you will lead impactful technical discussions with both customers and partners, extracting value from their investments. Your responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues that may impede the success of customer projects and accelerating Azure consumption. Your primary interfaces will be with partners and their customers, allowing you to build lasting connections and contribute significantly to their success.

As a Partner Solution Architect, you will be expected to drive impact in the following ways:
Lead Partner Portfolio Expansion by building customers sponsored partner solutions, services, and practices across Azure workloads and increasing consumption and usage for their customers – with emphasis on Azure Core infrastructure workloads
Trusted Advisor: Develop and expand existing impactful relationships; create and sustain constructive tension and trust with customer and lead adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Proactively engage with partners to accelerate adoption and consumption for their customers, helping them generate new business and acquire new customers by solution areas.
Thought Leadership and Partner Insights: Lead virtual teams around technologies and partner challenges, participate in external architect community events and share learnings with internal teams; demonstrate deep industry knowledge and drive recognition for Microsoft solutions. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.
Customer & Partner Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer & Partner Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and their partners, by leveraging expertise to enable defined outcomes aligned to customer’s business strategy. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge when needed to drive the best outcomes
Enable and support partners in building competitive solutions and competing in deals.
Support them in architecturing top notch solution offerings, and migrating core infrastructure workloads to Azure and unblocking blockers. Azure Core workloads are a priority but if you also have skillset or want to acquire skills within our Azure security products such as Sentiel, that that would be plus.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
4+ years experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
