About the role
As a Partner Sales Executive, you will support our Partner network throughout the sales cycle ensuring appropriate resources are provided to drive software sales and revenue of our portfolio. You will work with the partners to help develop business within the Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME's), with a focus on developing a value proposition, to help onboard new customers and drive revenue growth. The region of focus is Brazil NE/NO
Key challenges
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quota responsibility.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts/territories and/or verticals.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization.Understand customer needs and requirements, and align them with ours solutions.Strategic Account Planning and Sales Pipeline ManagementLeads complex negotiations with prospects, focusing on creating mutually beneficial.

Actively participate in team meetings, providing valuable input and collaborating with peers to drive continuous improvement and achieve common goals.Strategic Thinking - systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs.Interpersonal Influence - use rational and emotional drivers that appeal to customers to comfortably drive to desired outcomes.Ownership - initiative and drive to achieve results; independent and self-directed.
Your qualifications
At least 3 years of direct sales / business development experience with a track record of sales success.Experience in B2B Software / technology sales preferably in the industrial sectorExperience working with partners/ resellersGood eye for business foresight in handling forecasts and targetsExcellent communication and presentation skills, including intermediate level of EnglishCollaborative, (collaboration with partners is the key in the role), determined, with attention to detail, thoroughness, and high level of accountability
