Your mission
As Partner Sales Executive you will become a member of our Sales Team , reporting to the Channel Sales Manager, and be responsible for generating revenue growth on our CAx solutions (NX and SolidEdge portfolio) through indirect channel sales in Italy and Greece with a specific focus on Cloud (Tokens; NX X; ZEL X).
You will support our Partner network throughout the sales cycle ensuring appropriate resources are provided to drive software sales and revenue of our CAD portfolio. You will collaborate with the partners to help develop business within the Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME’s), with a focus on developing a value proposition on Cloud offer, to help onboard new customers and drive revenue growth.

We seek a proactive, structured, and customer-focused professional with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills to be able to successfully engage with internal (Partner Manager Executive, Portfolio Development, PreSales) teams and external Channel Partners.
Key responsibilities
Achieve CAx license revenue target for Italy and Greece by actively supporting targeted partners to close their opportunities
Collaborate with the Channel team to build the territory plan for our CAD portfolio and support the Partners on business throughout the territory
Build relationships with our Partner network. Identify and onboard New Business Partners with focus on NX X (Cloud)
Provide Partners with mentorship and guidance on good practices for territory planning, effective development of account plans and maintenance of the sales pipeline, enable them to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities.
Develop and drive CAx Sales Initiatives into SMB Italian Market and engage the right partners. Participate on the development of the CAx pipeline with the Partners and ensure a joint engagement is in place in strategically important CAx deals with Partners
Attend and contribute into Channel Annual Business Planning and goal setting processes on CAx solution
Attend Quarterly Business Review to monitor Business Partner Performance on CAx. Regularly evaluate the performance of business partners and implement corrective actions or improvement strategies to achieve targets.
Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Portfolio Development teams; Operations, Direct Sales, Presales, etc.) to achieve common business goals
Provide mentorship through the sales process, including effective meeting planning and opportunity tracking to achievement of revenue targets within CAx solutions. Coach Partner’s Sales Representativesin best practice approaches to sales negotiation in order to close the deal
Provide accurate and timely forecast. Review forecast and pipeline with channel partners on a regular basis.
Work by Objectives. Establish clear objectives for generating leads, closing sales and achieving established performance metrics
Qualifications
Proven experience (ideally 5+ years of experience) in channel sales role in complex multinational environment
A track record of success in selling complex technical software solutions, such as: CAx (CAD, CAM, CAE) preferred, DM, PLM, Cloud
Great interpersonal skills (proficient in Italian and English, spoken and written)
Experience in presenting to a senior-level audience and comfortable with working in and through a cross-functional organization
