What You'll Do:
HP’s Diversity Partner Network and Public Sector Partner Network are programs that engage, inform, and support our Partners that have diversity status (women-owned, minority-owned, etc.) to assist them with an equal opportunity to represent and sell HP products and grow their HP business, and assist our Partners that have a strategic focus on the public sector market. We are seeking a Network Program Administrator who will be central in contributing to our Partner’s success in the growth of their HP business.
Network Program administration: Managing Partner’s participation in HP Partner Networks, including Partner on-boarding to the Networks, document creation, Partner communications, and developing and facilitating presentations.
Partner training: Create and facilitate training for HP Partners and internal stakeholders.
Partner support: Assisting Partners with support on the HP product portfolio when needed, assisting with sales engagement, assisting in navigating HP and all relevant Programs available, and responding to all incoming emails and phone calls with a service level agreement (SLA) of 24 hours.
Growth: Working to grow Network membership by defined metrics.
Alliance partnership: Work with HP’s alliance partners to drive additional support and offerings for our Partners.
Attend and participate in team and extended team meetings.
Participation in additional projects related to the business as required.
Act as backup to other Public Sector Program team members as needed.
What You Bring:
Education and Experience:
2-3 years of Marketing Program experience.
First-level college diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience desired.
4 - 5 years of experience in a relevant business-related function in the tech sector.
Channel knowledge is a very strong plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills required .
Excellent communication skills critical (e.g., written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English is required.
Highly developed knowledge and skillset with the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, formulas, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion.
Organized
Self-starter who works well proactively, and independently and thrives while working collaboratively with a remote team.
Highly responsible and accountable.
