About Partner Marketing Manager - JR102999

  The Partner Marketing Manager must have a strong balance of relationship building, program management, content creation, and Go-to-Market planning and execution with partners. Close collaborationwith Channel Saleswill be critical for success.In this role, you will be expected to:Develop, execute, and measure integrated partner marketing campaigns to drive and accelerate pipeline for your assigned region and partners. Sample tactics include, but are not limited to live events, webcasts, industry events, hospitality, digital marketing, content creation and joint sales play developmentManage events of all sizes including small, curated events, roadshow lunch and learnsPartner GTM Build yearly and quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plan for assigned partners. Communicate full scope of resources and support the Tricentis co-marketing offers to partners.Collaborate and work with the global events team to include partners in events such as Tricentis Roadshows and customer conferencesRequirements:Partner-focused: Possess an expert understanding of how to drivepipeline and joint activitieswith and through the partner ecosystem. Experience working with global and regional system integrators and ISVs.(Accenture, Cognizant, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Enterprise Technology Experience: Background in aB2Benvironment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.Program Builder: Understand how tobuild and optimizeglobal partner programs that can be executed regionally.Excellent Communicator: Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and ability to influencedecision-makers.Analytical: Experience collectingand analyzingdata from a variety of sources to makeinformed businessdecisions and/orrecommendations.Innovative and Impactful Partner Marketer: Have a strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs. Generate fresh ideas for partner led marketing offerings and continue to develop newmethods and approaches.Experienceand Qualifications6 years ofmarketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with at least 3 years of partner marketingexperienceand 3 years in a demand generation or field marketing role or comparable experienceExperience in working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, understanding of marketing automation and reportingUnderstanding of partner ecosystems, including GSI and SI modelsExperience in both scaling large companies and fast growth startups is preferredMinimum of bachelor's degree in marketing or related field requiredTricentis Core Values:Knowing what we need to achieve andhowto achieve it is important.
