About the Role
As a Partner Manager with Uber Advertising, you will work hand in hand with an Ads Client Partner and an Uber Eats Delivery Partner Manager to drive value for our Restaurant partners through the adoption of advertising products across Uber and Uber Eats. You'll be responsible for campaign execution, account management, and reporting, and will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to bring value and build a mutually beneficial relationship. You will report to the Sr. Sales Manager of US and CA.
What You'll Do
Partner with our Ads and Delivery teams to develop and run advertising strategies that deliver on our restaurant partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goalsBuild relationships with key marketing decision makers within partner organizationsDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support themJoin internal kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss sophisticated executionsProactively monitor campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate, and resolve issuesCoordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all partnersUncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by delivering data-backed insights and recommendations to our partnersBring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partnersBe the voice of the customer and effectively communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.Drive initiatives. You will help build standard process playbooks across our Ads team to drive adoption for our restaurant partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience, preferably in performance advertising/account managementAbility to work with multiple internal and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling large-scale ads campaigns and partnering with large, sophisticated brandsPerformance media and/or experience working within the Restaurant verticalAbility to flex your analytical skills and use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makersExcellent listening, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem solving skillsSpeed, resourcefulness, and a go get it mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
