What you will be doing
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :
Développer et maintenir des liens étroits tout en établissant sa crédibilité auprès de ses groupes clients afin de comprendre les besoins, les objectifs et les défis de l'entreprise.Avec le soutien du chef, Ressources humaines, offrir du soutien et de l'encadrement aux gestionnaires d'employés et travailler avec eux sur les questions de gestion du rendement, de perfectionnement des associés, de mobilisation et de gestion du changement et des employés.De façon proactive, prévoir et comprendre les besoins en recrutement de ses groupes clients, en collaboration avec les conseillers en acquisition de talents.Parrainer et appuyer les pratiques et les initiatives de gestion du changement, conformément aux principes de gestion du changement d'InnomarMD.Fournir des conseils et de l'encadrement aux associés le cas échéant.Produire un tableau de bord mensuel des RH de la Société et un tableau de bord trimestriel sur l'apprentissage et le perfectionnement et promouvoir une stratégie de données auprès de l'entreprise.Répondre aux demandes de production de rapports personnalisés pour notre Programme d'engagement des associés.Suivre et analyser les données d'entrevues de départ; présenter des rapports et faire des recommandations sur la rétention des employés.Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles de rapports et d'analyses pour l'équipe des RH.Collaborer avec l'équipe du Programme de récompenses totales et de la Paie dans le cadre du cycle annuel de rendement, sur les primes au mérite, les avantages, la rémunération et, selon les besoins, pour fournir des solutions à ses groupes clients.Co-diriger le processus d'ajustement des compétences pour ses groupes clients, donner des conseils et des avis tout en facilitant les discussions sur l'ajustement des compétences. Collaborer avec les dirigeants pour élaborer des plans d'action efficaces.
Déterminer les besoins et les possibilités d'embauche avec les groupes clients. Utiliser les résultats des sondages sur la mobilisation pour aider les gestionnaires à établir des plans d'action efficaces.Diriger des projets de RH à l'appui des objectifs de l'entreprise.Effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin ou selon les instructions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships while building credibility with your client group(s) to understand the business needs, goals and challengesWith the support of your HR leader, partner and provide coaching and consultative support to people managers on performance management, associate development, engagement, change and people management issuesProactively anticipate and understand the recruitment needs of your client group(s) in partnership with the Talent Acquisition ConsultantsChampions and supports change management practice and initiatives in alignment with Innomar's Change Management philosophyProvide advice and coaching to associates when appropriateProduce monthly Corporate HR Dashboard & Quarterly Learning & Development Dashboard and drive a data strategy with the BusinessSupports customized reporting requests for our Associate Engagement ProgramTracks, analyzes and reports exit interview data and makes recommendations that drive retentionSupports ad-hoc report requests and analysis for HR teamPartner with our Total Rewards team and Payroll on our annual performance cycle, merit and bonus, benefits, compensation and as needed to provide solutions for your client group(s)Co-Lead Talent Calibration process for your client group(s); providing meaningful guidance and insights while facilitating talent calibration discussions. Partner with leaders to develop appropriate actions plansIdentify employee engagement needs and opportunity with client groups. Utilize engagement survey data to coach managers to build appropriate action plansLead HR projects in support of business objectivesPerforms other duties as required or assigned

EXPÉRIENCE ET NIVEAU D'ÉDUCATION REQUIS :
Études postsecondaires en affaires, RH ou une autre discipline connexe. Expertise fondamentale dans les domaines suivants : planification de l'effectif, planification stratégique des ressources humaines, gestion des talents, planification de la relève, exploitation des médias sociaux pour le recrutement et administration de la rémunération. Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles. Expérience de la gestion de base de données et de la présentation de mesures. Maturité et style de communication professionnel, pour établir sa crédibilité à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et gagner la confiance. Personnalité dynamique avec la capacité de travailler de façon efficace et efficiente dans un environnement d'affaires complexe et qui évolue rapidement. Connaissance de la gestion de projet, des outils et des étapes du cycle de vie d'un projet. Bonne connaissance des outils MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint). Expérience de la navigation dans un système SIRH. Certains déplacements sont nécessaires. La désignation CRHA est un atout. Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est exigé pour le poste à Montréal, un atout pour Oakville.
