The role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position is part of the client's service center and responsible for supporting all facility requests and office administration. This role will help support the growth and expansion of ShiftKey's offices, as well as be onsite support for our Cleveland office.
Where you'll work
This is an onsite role at our Cleveland, OH location. This position is Part-Time, M-F 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm.
What you'll be doing
Manage day to day office functions as necessary by checking in all visitors and vendorsReceive and coordinate maintenance repair calls, scheduling, follow-up, quote preparationDaily coordination of onsite property vendorsProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedResponsible for providing work order management support.Create and process new work orders, assign and dispatch vendors, update as to status and confirm completion of workFollows up with team members and client to make sure service delivery, work orders, and special projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory mannerParticipate in daily building inspectionsPurchase and maintain office supplies and office equipmentPerform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
What you'll need
1+ years of experience as office coordinator, receptionist, or administrative assistant.Vendor management experience a plusDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products and Google suitePossess proper oral and written communication skills. (Spelling, grammar and punctuation)Communicate professionally, in a clear and concise manner. Work independently with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environmentMust be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make effective, high-quality decisions; must develop and effectively manage client and customer relationships
