Under the supervision of the Rector, the Parish Office Manager provides general office and administrative support to the rector, vestry, parish, staff, congregation, ministries and committees. This work includes, but is not limited to: data and records management, some financial record keeping and accounting tasks, creation of weekly worship bulletins, phone and email support, supplies and inventory management, communications including email and the weekly newsletter of the parish, managing use of our church building including scheduling and payments, supporting church ministries and committees and oversight to an office volunteer staff. The Parish Office Manager will be a key resource person for both members and non-members, and a welcoming, approachable and responsive presence in our parish office.
