Position Summary:
Maintain bottle/can return machines and cleanliness of area, assist customers with returns, stock and face shelves, as directed. Role model and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others.

Essential Job Functions:
Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Provide customer service Condition displays; maintain cleanliness of parcel loading area and outside yard Put away returned merchandise Maintain department cleanliness, including sweeping and/or mopping aisles, cleaning up product spills, dusting/wiping down shelves and kick-plates Clean and stock restrooms Comply with corporate policies, all safety guidelines and standards Promote and follow Company initiatives Perform price checks Stock and maintain dairy, beer, soda, and other areas as assigned Operate compactors: must be 18 years of age Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training; or combination of relevant education and experience. Minimum 16 years of age Ability to pass drug test Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends on a regular basis and overtime as needed Accuracy/attention to detail Any licenses or certificates required by federal and/or state
