Title: Paralegal
Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Office programs. The candidates should be familiar with electronic case filing in New York State (Pacer and NYSECF) and be able to file documents on these systems. The candidates should have experience assisting attorneys with litigation matters, such as assisting in the preparation of motions, assisting with discovery, assisting in trial prep and assisting with depositions (scheduling, obtaining court reporters, confirming deposition etc.). In addition, the candidate should have data entry skills and general office support skills.
