Job Description
As a Paid Search Senior Analyst at Salesforce, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing paid search campaigns to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic. You will play a crucial role in improving our online marketing efforts and contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities
Create and launch SEM campaigns and strategies to drive quality leads and pipeline into the businessConduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Continuously review and adjust keyword lists based on performance, competition, and search trends and implement negative keyword management.Create and manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Set up, optimize, and monitor ad campaigns, ad groups, and keywords for optimal performance.Manage the allocation and optimization of advertising budgets to improve ROI. Implement effective bidding strategies to meet performance goals.Craft compelling ad copy and perform A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversions. Continuously analyze ad performance and make data-driven improvements.Work to improve Quality Scores on Google Ads to reduce costs and improve ad rankings.Regularly generate reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.Use data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign enhancements.Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies. Apply the latest standard processes in paid search marketing to our campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year working in the B2B SaaS verticalMinimum of 3 years working in SEM channels with strong success recordProven track record of managing paid search campaigns and delivering resultsPrior ownership of marketing pipe or revenue targets is a mustStrong, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360Knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative optimization.Strong attention to detailKnowledge and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and conversion trackingUnderstanding of complex bidding metrics - LTV, CAC, tCPA, tROAS, offline revenue uploads, custom weighted conversionsFamiliarity with Google Tag Manager is a bonusStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS
