Kforce has a direct client that is looking to hire a Paid Advertising Specialist for their Easton, PA location. This position is a Hybrid work environment.Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and brand awareness: Create and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including programmatic buying platforms, retargeting, and affiliate networks
Champion cutting-edge tactics: Leverage your expertise in programmatic buying, retargeting, prospecting, and influencer marketing to reach the right audience and deliver impactful results
Craft compelling ad copy: Write persuasive ad copy that resonates with our target audience and drives clicks and conversions
Data-driven optimization: Be a data master; Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement ongoing adjustments to maximize ROI
Stay ahead of the curve: Research and recommend new paid advertising platforms and strategies to keep Famous Smoke Shop at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape
Collaborate like a champ: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing goals
Proven experience in paid advertising, ideally within the e-commerce or retail industry
A strong understanding of programmatic buying, retargeting, prospecting, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing is a must
Expertise in analyzing and interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex marketing concepts to stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
