Overview
As the Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you will be the spider in the web within the logistics team. This role is responsible for the daily follow-up and management customer deliveries. You will be the contact person for our customers, our order management colleagues and our 3PL when it comes to exceptions in customer deliveries. Examples of exceptions are changes in delivery windows, long waiting times, refusals/returns. The focus lies on order flow after the orders have been submitted to the 3PL and involves daily contact with the 3PL and customers.
You also will be responsible for daily stock control. You will make sure that the physical stock at the 3PL and the stock in SAP are always synchronized, so that our colleagues have an accurate stock picture which allows then to allocate orders and plan productions. This requires investigating in stock differences and analyzing any errors made in the delivery process.
Responsibilities
• Daily follow-up of exceptions in deliveries to customers based on input from 3PL
• Replanning of deliveries together with customer DC's based on 3PL & customer capacity
• Tracking of root causes of deliveries in regularities and providing first analysis to Domestic 3PL lead
• Tracking of carrier performance
• Check return process: identify missing returns and execute post return goods requests.
• Daily match of 3PL stocks and SAP stocks and resolving any differences
• Supplying input into monthly key controls related to stock control
• First point of contact for questions from internal stakeholders on stock accuracy
• Project management withing the CS&L team
Qualifications
• Nice to have experience in supply chain role, preferably in a fast-moving environment
• Proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress
• Strong eye for detail and ability to see connections in data, events and trends
• Nice to have SAP knowledge if not the willingness to learn about SAP, if you haven't worked with the system yet
• Highly customer-focused with a positive 'can-do' attitude
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office modules (especially Excel)
• Ability to keep overview of complex flows and identify current & future risks
• Analytical skills- can analyze figures, make connections and draw conclusions
• Very strong number skills
• Fluency in Dutch & English
