We are recruiting a OtC Credit & Collections Team Leader to join Kimberly-Clark Global Business Services (K-C GBS). It's a independent role with wide exposure for stakeholders from GCC, South Africa and WECA region, you will be leading a medium sized Risk Management and Collections team; including: assignment of tasks, hiring, performance management, training and oversight to ensure high quality and timely delivery of process

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Monitoring of credit exposures against approved limits and active resolution of credit limit breachesPreparation and analysis of periodic reportsResponsibility for DSO - providing forecasts, insight, analytics and consultancy to the wider organizationAccountability for Credit Risk strategyEnsure adherence to Credit & Risk Management policies and procedures covering credit evaluation, collection, and exposure controlOverseeing and approving high exposure/exception setting of credit lines and payment termsLiaising with commercial leadership and consulting with business units on optimum cash flow & risk strategiesDeveloping and engaging the team to build capability and drive their performanceIdentify and drive implementation of CI opportunities.

  Qualifications and experience required:

  You have leadership capabilities, with a proven experience in managing a teamYou have proven experience and In depth knowledge of OTC (Credit Control / Risk Management / Collections) as well as systems knowledge and experience (Promax PIPPO; Profit Model, SAP, Pricing & Rebates, Credit & Collections)You possess strong analytical skills, ability to analyze reports (able to identify themes and make recommendations), combined with good commercial business knowledgeYou are a strong communicator with experience of influencing external/internal stakeholders and managementYou have a continuous improvement mindset and understanding of LEAN principlesYou possess excellent command of English English (minium C1 level) is requiredAdvanced MS Excel and SAP skills
