Overview
The OT Cyber Technical Integration Analyst role will partner with Enterprise Architects and Sector Manufacturing Site Engineers to design and enable cyber secure plant floor OT networks, compute environment and system, application, and cybersecurity tool integrations. The role will develop cyber secure integration processes, requirements, and deployment standards for manufacturing plant initiatives involving plant infrastructure and plant floor operations. The role will provide support for process improvement initiatives through analysis, documentation, and testing.
Responsibilities
Review the OT infrastructure architectures (compute and network), determine if good practices are being followed and provide recommendations to comply with applicable cybersecurity standards and controls.Consult with Enterprise Architects, Sector and Site Engineers on manufacturing projects design, engineering, and pre-work requirements for:network changes (OT network buildout, OT network VLAN structure & segmentation, IT-OT segmentation),compute changes (Virtualized storage, VM expansion, Backups to Immutable Storage, Recovery),integration with legacy systems,digitalization initiatives, and emerging technologies (AI for manufacturing systems, predictive maintenance, production line digital performance solutions)Provide technical guidance on the delivery of the cyber security services in the manufacturing sites.Conduct training for the local teams on the OT cybersecurity services (e.g., Remote Access, Backup & Recover)
Qualifications
With strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
Years of Experience
3+ years of OT/Manufacturing operations (e.g., use, design, implementation or preparation of commercial offers) or 3+ years IT/network administration of OT systems or3+ years of experience with cybersecurity systems dedicated for OT environments (e.g., IDS, passive monitoring, industrial firewalls)
TechSkills
Understanding of PLC+SCADA or DCS systems architectures (typical assets, communication protocols, technical architectures);Understanding of OT communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, Profinet, OPC)Basic knowledge of any OT security standard e.g.: IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP.Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools - Visio, Excel (pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
NonTechSkills
Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences (e.g., security personnel, sector engineers, site operations)Ability to analyze situations, evaluate multiple perspectives, collect evidence, ask questions, and use critical thinking skillsKnowledge of network segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and DMZs in an OT contextPossession of any security certificates (e.g. CSSA, GICSP, CompTia)Experience partnering and collaborating with global teams having various responsibilities
