We are looking for a talented Organizational Development Specialist to join our team specializing in New and Existing Employee Training for our Training Center in Rocky Mount, NC
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Assisting with New Employee Orientation (NEO) Supports the facilitation of general and specific training and development programs. Works with vendors and educational organizations to support the development and delivery of training and development programs. Contributes to the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training and development programs. In charge of scheduling and implementing corporate and in-house training for new and existing employees Prepare for upcoming training sessions. Attending required training sessions for corporate and employee training. To be successful in this role you will need the following: 2 years in a manufacturing environment 2 years of employee training experience Extensive Microsoft Office Skills Computer literate Ability to remain organized. Communication skills Ability to work as a team and with little to no supervision. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
