In this position, you will identify organizational development needs through a formal needs assessment process. You are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational development programs based upon key metrics and needs of the organization. You will conduct both organizational and technical training on subjects including: leadership development, culture, communication, customer service, team work, quality improvement, and change management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and design organizational development programs using best in class industry practice Implement and sustain organization development programs Partner, consult and collaborate with C-Suite as well as all levels of leadership Identify needs and develop appropriate learning solutions utilizing adult learning theories Conduct organizational and technical training using current training tools and mediums to meet learner needs Use innovative approaches to solve complex problems and develop solutions Serve as a mentor/coach, provide feedback, motivate, and inspire others Develop and implement formalized organizational development programs, conduct attendee surveys, post training assessment analyses to evaluate the program's effectiveness Performs all other duties as assigned

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in organizational development Proven ability to work with minimal supervision Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships Proven ability to create momentum and foster organizational change Proven solid verbal and written communication skills Proven solid presentation development and execution skills Live within a commutable distance to San Antonio, TX, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Tampa, FL
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in organizational development for managers, directors, and VPs
