About the Team
The E-Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review and participation.

Responsibilities
1. Develop global HR strategy and planning based on business strategy and key initiatives.
2. Oversee and lead a variety of HR strategic and cross-functional initiatives (Career Development, D&I and Culture topics, RTO, Performance Review) in support of meeting business and HR priorities, from ideation to execution, including tracking progress, owning the scope, implementing change management, identifying measures of success and driving the project team.
3. Establish mechanisms and processes which drive efficiency and clarity on HR calendar activities (E.g. Workforce Plan, Annual Performance Review; Employee Engagement Survey, Talent Review etc; ).
4. Support or drive the delivery of core HR initiatives to accelerate organization efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Create and analyse HR metrics dashboard to produce talent reports including key insights and trends with senior business leaders and HRBPs to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
Requirements
1. BA Degree or equivalent, ideally coming from consulting firm or equivalent experience.
2. Strong organizational skills and consultative approach.
3. Excellent project management skills with experience in managing programs through a structured, data-driven approach.
4. Experience in analysing data and delivering recommendations.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
