Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily customer order and fleet order management tasks, including order match checking, manual order match, cancellation, production order tracking, and handling order-related issues with frontline sales, delivery, logistics, warehouse, etc.
Monitor and analyze inventory structure (central warehouse, delivery center warehouse), develop inventory management plans, and make allocation and adjustment decisions based on inventory conditions to improve inventory turnover.
Inventory list daily maintenance for special vehicles
Coordinate with relevant business departments (frontline sales, delivery, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to support their daily work and requirements related to orders.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of order data, identify customer demands and inventory consumption, closely monitor order trends, collaborate on production and sales forecasting and planning, and ensure effective inventory management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, any major.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management in the automotive industry, experience in direct sales system order operations is preferred.
Customer-oriented mindset, strong sense of customer service, high level of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, meticulousness, strong logical thinking, and good teamwork.
Strong self-drive and self-management abilities, with a strong ability to learn.
