Requirements:
At least 1+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
At least 1 end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
Expertise in 3 or more of the following Oracle Cloud Technical tools - HCM extracts, Transformation Fast Formula for HDL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integrations Cloud.
Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Reporting
Write complex reports/queries utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FAW).
Modify standard and develop custom Oracle HCM reports for ongoing needs.
Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Troubleshoot the HCM system issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
Regularly audit and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support.
Must live in or relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year.
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to apply for obtaining a clearance is required.
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Reporting Certification
Experience with State/Federal implementations
