Description We are offering an opportunity for an Oracle HCM Product Analyst in the Healthcare industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including gathering requirements, implementing process workflows, and facilitating user acceptance testing. As an Oracle HCM Product Analyst, you will also be involved in cutover activities, providing technical knowledge and insights, and preparing comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time Labor, and Payroll.
• Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with healthcare industry standards.
• Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on HCM processes, Timesheet Processing, and Payroll functions.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test cases and scenarios, to validate HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time Labor, and Payroll functionalities.
• Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP.
• Utilize a solid understanding of the technical aspects of Oracle ERP applications, including data structure, customizations, and integration points.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to project leadership on progress, risks, and issues related to HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time Labor, and Payroll. Requirements • Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud (Oracle ERP) is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience working with Oracle's Core HCM product.
• Familiarity with Payroll systems and processes is desirable.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with cloud technologies and understanding their benefits and challenges.
• Ability to work in Agile Scrum environments and familiarity with related tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
