Requirements:
At least 1+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
At least 1 end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
Expertise in 3 or more of the following Oracle Cloud Technical tools - HCM extracts, Transformation Fast Formula for HDL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integrations Cloud.
Experience in HR processes, having worked on at least one project in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management and Time and Labor
Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Integration frameworks
Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate Oracle applications and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance.
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution.
Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of Integrations.
Must live in or relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year.
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support.
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to apply for obtaining a clearance is required.
