We are seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Techno Functional Architect to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW) solutions. Candidate will lead a team of developers to develop, design, configure, test and document solutions based on the requirements and user stories. The resource should not only have technical experience, but also functional experience in Oracle EBS application especially Oracle Inventory, Service, Order Management.
More About the Role:
The Oracle Techno/Functional SME experience as a Senior Solutions Architect on a consulting team responsible for providing engineering support and implementation.
The candidate is responsible for the design & development of RICECPW in most of the Oracle modules, including but not limited to PO, INV, OM, BOM, Field Services & FND modules in a lead role.
Coordinate functional and technical activities of the Scrum Team and follow the processes outlined to be in compliance with approved Agile approach.
Review functional and Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different RICECPW components.
Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements.
Lead user story refinement and estimation activities
Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.
Drive meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.
As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.
Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Both technical and functional experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules – Inventory, Service, and Order Management. Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables
Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and product demos with the product owner
Ability to lead Oracle EBS functional and technical developer team
Design Oracle EBS RICEPW solution to meet product owner requirements
Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance.
Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required
Perform impact analysis of the product updates released periodically by the vendor
Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
15 years of Experience in Oracle EBS R12/R11. Experience of at least three Oracle Supply Chain solution implementation
Experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
Experience in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
Experience in APEX
Experience in Agile
Experience in SCM is a plus
Experience with Oracle Install Base and Oracle Service Management

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$89,500-$188,000
