Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Oracle DBA to join one of the largest education systems in California. This position will work specifically to help roadmap performance tuning of several processes within the company's payroll, benefits, human resources, and academic personnel solution. The product that will be used is Peoplesoft HCM. Initiatives include, but are not limited to, data retention and archiving, SCT phase II, re-writing mass salary cost transfer, improving final pay, and improving retro processing. This role is critical to a complex and large implementation.

Skills and Requirements
Strong background in Oracle database performance tuning
Managing Oracle database in a Peoplesoft environment
8 Years of experience as an Oracle DBA with specific experience with Oracle Version 19C
Peoplesoft 8.60.13 and HCM 9.2 null
