As a System Engineer, Supply Chain Technology, you will be working with a unique and gifted team and partnering with cross-functional teams. As a member of Infrastructure Architecture team, you will be responsible for the design, build and maintenance of the end to end Oracle ERP technology stack.
Key job responsibilities
• You will focus on enabling the Oracle ERP footprint within AWS.
• You will help deliver on a strategy and build cohesiveness and use of Amazon's Web Services (Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and Amazon EBS).
• You will be eliminating obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches, ensure deployment readiness for each functional area, assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate efficiently and professionally.
• You will provide architectural guidance to a team of Oracle functional analysts covering all aspects of multiple locations.
• Ensure delivery of solution design and enhancement artifacts align to established design standards within the organization and best leverage the capabilities of Oracle EBS for future growth.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience with Oracle ERP infrastructure, designing highly availably architectures
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
• Ability to promptly assess and address security vulnerabilities, issues protecting ERP applications, database, infrastructure and technology stack.
• Knowledge of and experience in using and implementing ITIL processes and standards
• Ability to partner with Oracle ERP application teams, shared services, core technology peers and Oracle in design, development, implementation and operational support of Oracle ERP technology solutions
• Experience managing architecture and operations activates to ensure ERP compute infrastructure is used efficiently and produces a long – term business benefit.
• Experience in a Productions operations and support for 24X7 operations
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS 12.2.x Database 19c RAC and Data Guard Databases along with other applications and databases
• Experience Automating routine DBA tasks using python, shell scripts, OEM, etc.
• Experience Triaging issues and providing root cause analysis
• Knowledge and skills in holistic Performance Tuning/Optimization across the Oracle Technology stack (Database, Web Logic Server, ApEx, ORDS).
• Capacity planning & Forecasting
• Hand on experience performing Oracle DB & eBusiness Suite (EBS) cloning, Patching, Upgrades, Backup & Restore of Database and Applications
Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years' experience within Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) applications environment (installation, configuration, upgrade, patching).
• Preferably R12.2.x environment with Database 19c
• Experience in designing, developing, and testing updates and new enhancements within RDBMS and Oracle DB Concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/undefined problems
• Obsession with quality, operational excellence, and customer experience
• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software system
• Demonstrated ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
