Summary:
Provides educational opportunities to new and existing staff and coordinates in services to meet standards and requirements of appropriate regulatory bodies. Collaborates with CCHH Clinical Coordinator to maintain competencies for clinical & operational staff in educational files. Assists in coordinating the forms review committee, creating patient and staff education materials, and management of laptops and support. The Operations & Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for staff orientation, competency assessments, ongoing education, and professional development of the organization's operational and clinical staff. Assists in planning, development, and facilitating ongoing opportunities for education and orientation. This role requires high levels of collaboration with departments and CCHCS.
Education & Experience:
Must be a Graduate of an accredited 2 year program or a 1 year technical program with a minimum of 1 year clinical respiratory experience.Preferred Experience: Pediatrics, Durable Medical Experience, and Experience with Regulatory and Joint Commission Standards for Home Health.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:
Current CPR certification RRT(NBRC),Registry Eligible (NRBC)Current Texas driver's license in good standing
