Associate Director/Director – OPRE Valuation (GEOS)

CBRE's Operational Real Estate Team (OPRE) is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join our business and aid inthe growth of our Valuation & Advisory function.
This position will focuson the Healthcare sector, which is an established and ever growing sector for the business, however it also offers the opportunity to work across a range of other operational sectors such as hotels, pubs and leisure, and self-storage.
The role includes preparing trading, investment, and development valuations, writing reports, analysing client data, and providing market-facing advice. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development by building client relationships and attending industry events.
Key Requirements:
RICS qualified and a registered valuer
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Participate in business development activities
Advanced IT skills, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form professionalrelationships
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
Preference will be given to those with ArgusEnterprise/Developer and financial modelling experience. Experience in Healthcare Valuation is beneficial.
