Programme: LCST
Location: Bicester, UK (5 days a week in the Bicester office whilst training, then 3 days in the office once training is complete)

Role Overview:
Leidos Europe is seeking an Operations/Data Entry Administrator who is a driven, hardworking, and dedicated individual to join our busy team as part of the Operational Processing (OP) area within the Logistics Commodities Service Transformation (LCST) contract. The OP Team consists of the Contingent Operational Stocks team (COS) and Processing and Investigations Team (P&I). We have a direct link to HM Armed Forces activity, during both peace time and current/future Operations.
This exciting role is part of a high-profile Operational Team providing support to customers across the UK and worldwide.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain controlled stocks (Operational Stock, Earmarks, and Loans) on behalf of the SponsorsProcess tasks including routine issues, and the processing of unit demands via KOMODO (JIRA Customer Service Tool) on behalf of unitsMultitask in all areas of the Operational Processing Team with one area being assigned as your main area of responsibilityPrioritise work to ensure all work meets required deadlines and KPIs, while ensuring accuracy and efficiencyLiaise and advise teams across defence to ensure their requirements are metEstablish excellent working relationships, maintaining a positive, professional mannerEnsure Work Based Instructions (WBI's) are kept up to dateEnsure training is complete to assist in all areas of the teamAny other duties designated by Line Management

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK's defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Number (NSNs).
