  We are currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist (3IC) to join the team at our Nike Gold Coast store!

  This is a great stepping stone for someone looking for a career in retail leadership. Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach, this role will see you perform non-selling duties that support the store administration and accounting functions.

  This fast-paced environment will see you involved in:

  Performing cashiering tasks including all cash-related opening and closing duties2IC for the stores Operations departmentAssisting the leadership team in cashier training for Sales Associates (Athletes) and maintaining adequate training materials and documentationDelivering excellent consumer service at all timesMaintaining accuracy of all Payroll information, and ensuring that wage spend does not exceed the monthly forecastSupporting the Store Manager by reviewing P & L monthly.

  The essentials you need to bring are:

  A passion for the Brand/SportsSkill in performing basic Maths function; sound financial skills and business acumen, with the ability to closely monitor profitability and operating expensesSignificant previous relevant Retail and/or hospitality experienceAbility to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skillsStrong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skillsProficiency in MS Office products.

  The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
