In collaboration with the engineering, software development and IT teams, you will ensure reliable and trouble-free operations of our applications like ContiConnect .
Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure flawless handling of customer orders, inbound deliveries and warehouse operations;
SAP based handling of warehouse stocks, supply planning In line with demand forecast and processing of goods complaints;
Ensure trouble free operations of all Digital Solutions related SW (ContiConnect, Onsite-App, Driver App…) and HW (CCU, Telematics Systems, Sensors) solutions, by coordinating the ticket system;
Ticket handling according to the defined support concept as 2nd level support;
Ensure proper support concept covering the full product / solution portfolio (incl external partners);
Support feature releases (planning, communication, feature activation, release notes / documentation).
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;
1 experience in supply chain management/logistics and customer support;
SAP knowledge including a strong IT affinity (desirable);
Efficient reporting skills (example: Microsoft Power BI);
Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
Experience in project management and report creation (desirable);
Passion to perform in a very dynamic and complex work environment outside your comfort zone;
Demonstrated customer focus & excellent communication skills;
Ability to deal with and resolve conflicting interests and targets;
International experience and intercultural sensitivity
Strong English skills (written / spoken).
