Come soar with us!In this role you will work with a team of quality engineers to support our daily production operations in the Electric Power Systems Business Unit located in Rockford, Illinois. You will become an expert problem solver by understanding production issues in our assembly processes, determining root causes of problems, and implementing solutions to solve those problems. You will learn to proactively manage product quality by developing process control plans such as PFMEA's, designing engineering solutions such as tools and fixtures for production processes, and managing projects to implement solutions for problems.This position is eligible for relocation.Primary Responsibilities:
