Our new GXO site in Rushden is seeking an experienced, talented Operations Project Manager to join them in providing fantastic service for our customers Abercrombie & Fitch. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in site governance; working with stakeholders to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered as well as communicating effectively to influence the team, management, partners, suppliers, and customers. You will not only have an opportunity to manage the Project at the site, but you will also have a chance to analyse the operations and come up with solutions for their improvement.
The position is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis. If successful, you will predominantly work from Monday to Friday, but some flexibility may be required - its logistics after all!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Manage the project execution and life cycle to ensure timescales, budgets and targets remain on track Constantly analyse and proactively suggest solutions to improve the output of the logistics operations Frequently communicate with stakeholders at various levels of seniority Monitor the quality of project deliverables Manage key stakeholders in both GXO and with our Customer
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Project Management experience, ideally in a fast paced energetic environment (e-commerce desirable) Experience with business case writing, financial tracking and presenting outputs. Strong ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information Knowledge of Lean / CI principles
