Here at GXO we are seeking an experienced, talented OperationsProject Managerto be based at one of our biggest fashion retailers sites in Northampton. You'll be responsible for developing project pipelines, agreeing project plans, scoping key activities, deliverables, milestones, deadlines & reporting on financial tracking.
The position is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis. If successful, you will predominantly work from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00, but some flexibility may be required - its logistics after all!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to£52,000per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:
Manage the project execution and life cycle to ensure timescales, budgets and targets remain on track
Constantly analyse and proactively suggest solutions to improve the output of the logistics operations
Frequently communicate with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
Monitor the quality of project deliverables
Manage key stakeholders in both GXO and with our customer
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Project Management experience, ideally in a fast-paced energetic environment (e-commerce desirable)
Experience with business case writing, financial tracking and presenting outputs
Strong ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information
Knowledge of Lean / CI principles
