As the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage projects cross-functionally in support of the Value Stream. You will bring your in-depth Project Management/Operational Excellence knowledge and skills to effectively drive process improvement initiatives in a compliant, cost-efficient, and collaborative manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to deliver assigned projects on time, within scope, within budget and with quality by anticipating and pro-actively mitigating potential issues.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including the project charter and project plan.
• Ensures active and continuous risk assessment and management to minimize project risks.
• Acts as point of contact and establishes appropriate channels to communicate projects progress and performance on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders.
• Efficient and transparent allocation of project team resources to accomplish project tasks.
• Leads change management activities to ensure readiness for implementation.
• Utilizes Project Management, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvements and improve controllable spend.
• Complies with SOP’s and GxP’s in a consistent and compliant manner.

Role Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent scientific degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industries.
• Knowledge of cGxP expectations
• Project Management (PMP)/Operational Excellence/LEAN Six Sigma certification or comparable required.
• Superior communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Pay transparency statement: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $118,400 and $177,600 a year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
