　　Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　DISH is seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing facility operations while leading, mentoring, and directing managers and service technicians.

　　Directing employee activity, which can involve hands-on guidance in the field, to achieve performance goals for the locationBuilding a high-performance work team to deliver an advanced level of quality and service in all daily activitiesWorking in conjunction with senior leadership and utilizing financial data to drive performance improvementsCreating excitement and engaging all employees in new business opportunities and strategiesGenerating programs and practices that deliver a high level of customer satisfactionCreating, fostering, and maintaining strategic business relationships within the market, region, and company

　　This Operations Management role is very hands-on and it requires the following:

　　A leader who leads by example and is proactive as well as strategicFlexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environmentAbility to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization;Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skillsWillingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and eveningsCandidates need to complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check

　　Salary Range

　　Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $87,000.00/Year
