　　Job Description

　　We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our Zephyrhills, FL location. The Role will report to the Factory Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible to manage all production process of the business unit to meet or exceed established goals / KPI's.

　　MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　• Provide the planned production cases to support customers through the production plan.

　　• Ensure planned KPI's of Efficiency and Performance are met or exceeded.

　　• Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned DH hours.

　　• Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure the first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals.

　　• Ensure prescribed Line PM's are completed timely.

　　• Ensure complete compliance to prescribed GMP's and 5S processes.

　　• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required.

　　• Develop and guide direct reports in order to achieve desired results.

　　• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

　　• Tactful interaction with peers, subordinates, vendors and customers

　　• Ability to remove team barriers to ensure achievement of all Key Performance Indicators

　　• Proficient computer skills (SAP, DLx, Optimal Assign, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point), Internet Research, PC Miler
