Operations Manager

　　To strengthen our team at Accelera we are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement, facility management and control the processes and workflows in our Nürnberg location.

　　You will: be responsible for the operations of the local inverter and uCap repair shop. manage the local company facilities and assets, including landlord liaison, Branding, maintenance, and housekeeping. lead and organize the full repair cycle with 4 employees, to meet and exceed customer expectations. provide guidance and assistance with necessary ISO and KBA audits as well as our oPLM processes. supervise the daily activities of the skilled tradesmen, vendors, and contractors. Qualifications

　　Your Qualifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required. Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory. Good Communication, time management and interpersonal skills Proven experience in a comparable position, preferably in an industry sector.
