Position Duties and Responsibilities:1. Prepare, supervise and coordinate daily/weekly core processes, work order generation and assignments in support of business operations in coordination with the General Manager/CEO or President, to include overall management of daily business operations.2. Manage, prepare and assign new work orders daily in collaboration with the CEO and President in support of core daily business processes. Specifically, prepare documents relating to Proposals, Invoices, Installations, Service, Purchasing, and Account Database Management.3. Submit a daily and weekly Business Operations Report on the status of all scheduled work orders.4. Oversee the daily activity of the field and administrative support team, including mentoring and coaching employees, as needed
**Supervise and staff human resource needs including:- Manage sourcing, purchasing, receiving and staging of materials and equipment to ensure on-time delivery to meet contractual installation and service requirements- Ensure compliance with company facility and vehicle maintenance in accordance with company policy-Administer after hours emergency notification and messaging response-Oversee monitored client code and user changes and emergency response contact information-Ensure administration of Work Place Safety and Drug-free Workplace Programs-Recognize and reward exceptional workmanship.-Ensure that field employees are trained and qualified for product and technical requirements for each job assignment.-Ensure field technicians clock in and out of job assignments, including travel and required lunch and break times, in a timely manner-Ensure field technicians complete job status notes before leaving each job each day.-Ensure that unused job materials are off-loaded from trucks daily and stored appropriately in warehouse-Prepare employee performance evaluations for field and operations support staff, and provide input to General Manager and President regarding performance incentives-Oversee the resolution of field and operations support staff complaints, grievances and disputes-Assist with field and operations employee discipline processes-Assist with exit interviews, as needed
