Description
NATURE OF WORK:
The Operations lead works as a liaison between iLIFE management and staff, enacting policies and procedures to ensure optimal service is provided. Leads compile and analyze team data to identify trends and opportunities in order to drive effective performance results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Primary duties and responsibilities are driven by the outreach and operational priorities of the management team. Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and others may be added or eliminated as this position develops. In addition, specific positions within this classification may have special duties and special qualifications.
Serves as the primary lead of one or more of the Operations teams
Assist in monitoring of performance and productivity standards for HR areas as a team and individual level.
Aids in the training of staff.
Communicate and assists in enforcing department and company policies and procedures.
Supervise and lead staff into processes that support staff to drive effective performance results.
Conduct face to face interactions with participants, participant’s employees, and Consultants.
Produce reporting as needed.
Fosters a positive and representative work environment, which promotes development of acceptable work ethics.
Maintains confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
Practices and promotes safety in the workplace.
Attends all mandatory Agency in-services as required by the position.
Performs other related duties as assigned and may be aligned with other programs within the agency in order to meet consumer needs and contract requirements.
Follows agency and internal departmental policies and procedures.
Perform special assignments and or projects as assigned.
Effectively manage escalations within the department by ensuring appropriate accountability, sense of urgency, communication and follow through to closure.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements are an Associate’s degree or at least four years supervisor experience in a related field.

Strong leadership and motivational skills
Knowledge of requirements for accurate hiring paperwork and other human resource related functions. Which include but are not limited to garnishments, payroll, discipline, and coaching of staff.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Demonstrated computer knowledge and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skill and ability to organize and prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.
Accepts personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of his or her work and assumes ownership of the results.
Adapt quickly to change.
Engage and work collaboratively with all levels of personnel within the company to achieve common goals.
Ability to perform tasks accurately and abide by MCFI policies.
Skill and ability in making decisions, considering a variety of complex factors.
Demonstrate good communication, sales and public relations skills.
Exhibit assertiveness, organization, flexibility and ability to maintain positive relationships.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Self-directed learner.
