Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in environmental health and safety program management, project management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with managing EHS operations at multiple sites.
Advanced knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver successful business, operational, and technical improvements within the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) domain. Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives, ensuring alignment with Google's overall EHS outlook and goals. Monitor and track program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans. Manage program budget and resources effectively, maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in EHS.
