And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Operations Coordinator is responsible to set and manage manufacturing bill of material (mBOM) effectivity dates based on inventory availability. They are responsible to validate that materials have routings and costed. They are a key role for coordinating materials management activities on continuing Manufacturing Engineering Changes with the Production Control Analyst and coordinating new manufacturing bill of materials with New Product Releases and INDZ planners. They also work with the Project lead or Engineering Change Request/Order (ECR/ECO) requestor to ensure the effectivity dates align to the completion of all other manufacturing activities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Manager Workflow inbox in SAP for incoming Mboms related to an ECR/ECO, KMAT and ECM* Validate mBOM materials are costed, have routings and do not have any* Determine mBOM effectivity date with the Production Control Analyst based on inventory availability* Work with the Project lead or ECR/ECO requestor to ensure the effectivity dates align to the completion of all other manufacturing activities* Review the Change Request Form (CRF) for "change from" and "change to" information. Review the material disposition on the CRF for how to proceed with inventory management* Coordinate inventory management activities with the Production Control Analyst that is related to manufacturing engineering changes* Monitor mBOM effectivity and work with Production Control Analyst and Project leads to ensure all activities are completed to meet date and if not adjust accordingly* Attend cross-functional meetings as required for ECR/ECO's* Support Pre-CRF review and activities as needed* Takes accountability for meeting commitments and deadlines* Adapts to change by identifying implications of change for Rockwell Automation and own job and adjusting as needed and working with others as appropriate to implement change initiatives* Know and use business metrics in order to evaluate and recommend actions required to achieveInventory Objectives* Analyze proposed changes in operations,and assess the impact on inventory position.
