Physical Commodities (Oil, Fuels, NGLs, Natural Gas, LNG, Coal, Metals, Agriculture, Power, Freight, and other bulk commodities);Risk strategy and policies;Compliance requirements;Organizational and process design for Front, Middle, and Back Office operations; and,Energy/Commodities Trading and Risk Management systems (including, but not limited to, OpenLink Endur & RightAngle, Allegro, SAP, eka, FIS, TriplePoint, Brady, Amphora).
Demonstrates extensive level of abilities and/or proven record of success in implementing process improvement solutions and trading and risk management systems, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:
Demonstrating proven experience in managing large projects focused on commodity management and operations, including strong functional experience in physical and financial commodity operations;Supporting both functional and technical CTRM / ETRM projects focusing on process improvement, assessments and implementation of solutions such as Allegro, RightAngle, Endur, SAP and other similar tools;Identifying and addressing client needsActively participating in client discussions and meetings;Communicating a broad range of firm services;Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;Performing as a team leader by creating a positive environment and monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;Conducting business analysis, including functional and/or technical design;Leveraging PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes, where applicable; and,Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
