Moody's Investors Service (MIS) is going through an exciting journey to enhance the customer experience, increase automation and fortify its technology infrastructure. Process is a critical component of these changes. As part of the MIS Commercial Group, the Process team drives process improvement to the group to improve the customer experience, drive consistent performance and enable efficiencies across the organization.
The Operations Associate will partner across the Commercial Group to support the execution and improvement of processes, striving for an enhanced internal and external customer experience, driving consistent performance and efficiency. This individual should be curious, resourceful, and think critically to fully explore problems and/or opportunities, and proactively provide recommendations and solutions backed by data to bring issues to timely closure.
They will be measured on their support in the successful implementation of specific initiatives and their efficiency in operational, control and data maintenance activities. They will collaborate with various departments in the Commercial Group including Sales and Commercial Operations Product, Pricing and Billing.

Role/Responsibilities :
The Operations Associate will work on change and business initiatives across data, process and system related activities including:
Support the relevant team to improve the customer experience.Enter, capture, and review business data, like KPIs, process performance measurements, and other key metrics, to support the measurement and reporting of process performance.Support the creation, generation and maintenance of process and control documentation, dashboards, and reports.Support the rollout of new and revised business process as needed and by assisting in the review and update of Operational Guidelines, data, metrics, and controls.Supply to the development, maintenance, and operation of a balanced and modern pricing, quoting, and billing systems.Support Sales teams in assessing data accuracy and issues within the system/s that affect performance and control reporting and providing recommendations and support for remediation.Support activities to analyze and remediate data and work toward maintaining data quality in our systems.Liaise with other Commercial teams like Billing, Collections, Pricing and Ratings to achieve efficiencies in the Commercial processes.Build and maintain excellent partnerships with internal stakeholders, with particular emphasis on the Sales organization in assigned region(s)/lines of business.Participate in and support the coordination of meetings, activities, and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics or Engineering background0 to 1 year of demonstrable knowledge or experience in Project Management, Process Management, Sales Operations, Accounts Payable or CollectionsB2 or higher English language proficiencyAnalytical problem-solving capabilitiesUnderstanding of Process Improvement in execution and project managementProficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications. Familiarity with CRM, process mapping, and Business Intelligence tools is a plusExposure to and/or knowledge of Credit Ratings Agencies is a plus
