To help us fuel accelerated growth and improve customer experience, we are looking for a talented experienced Go-To-Market Operations Analyst to join our Operations Go-To-Market Team. You will work within the GTM team to support the successful roll out of new product and features to the cross-functional Operational teams.
What to expect:
Ensuring cross-functional collaboration between internal departments involved for a new product launchEvaluate existing Operational processes and procedures to identify areas of improvementTracking initiative launch progress using agile methodologiesParticipating in Operational backlog review and commitment ceremonies to align and plan out key prioritiesFollowing standard GTM process and procedureEnhancing the Paysafe customer experience by understanding their requirementsSME for new Paysafe Products, Features and EnhancementsCo-ordinating Operational team trainingIdentify, report and feedback any product defects that are not suitable for GTM launch
To be successful you need to have:
Working knowledge of REST, XML, JAVA and SOAPExperienced with coding HTML and CSSA good understanding of programming languages including JavaScriptHas experience with Atlassian products. JIRA, Trello and ConfluenceExperienced using RESTful APIsGood commanding of Postman PlatformExperience with using WinSCP, and Microsoft OfficeProficient with Windows and IOS Operating PlatformsProficient with agile methodology and toolingTechnical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics (MBA is an asset)Technical Product/Software certifications an assetThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar GTM role or Product Manager rolePrevious experience in a FinTech or financial services company an assetExperienced with CRM applications such as SalesforceSolution driven, able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently, able to work alone or in a team, able to work with no supervision and under pressureExcels in a collaborative and cross-functional environmentDemonstrates professional communication skills on technical and business-related subjectsExperience working with payment gateways a major plusAbility to synthesize technical information and apply to business solutions
