About the Role
The Operations Administrator reports to the Operations Manager who will serve in our operations department and assist with the smooth running of our Hong Kong offices, and support Singapore and Dubai offices occasionally. Primary responsibilities include:
Acting as a point of contact for staff on all office-related issues or queries through monitoring and use of the Operations inbox.Administration of access card and coordinating with new starters/leaver workstation set up.Liaising with vendors and service providers, and identifying operational issues as they arise through daily check lists and office walkthroughs.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, provide reception coverage on a regular basisAssist with staff functions and client events.Ad hoc work and projects as required. Higher Diploma or aboveAt least 5 years prior relevant working experience in office administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft OutlookThe candidate should also possess strong coordination, negotiation and communication skillsPleasant, independent, self-motivated, organized and detail-mindedAbility to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin is mandatoryPrevious experience in a multinational environment preferred.
