The Operational Processes Analyst I reports to the manager of operational processes and is responsible for auditing various functions within the organization. Through the information obtained and collaboration with the appropriate support groups, risks and gaps will be identified and best practices will be established to ensure necessary corrections are made.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Audits a variety of processes and verify adherence to internal company policies and procedures
Consistently follows job aides for each audit to ensure accuracy and quality of data/findings
Maintains data integrity by correctly documenting audit results and sharing them with stakeholders using clear written communication
Adapts to and incorporates the latest technology into daily processes to achieve maximum efficiency
Receives feedback and suggestions from stakeholders and adapt/change audits as needed
Provides outstanding service to internal customers by meeting goals and deadlines and completing consistent and accurate auditing
Continually strives to create audit enhancements and process efficiencies
Maintains and updates process documents used for reports and audits
Builds relationships with departments and effectively collaborate with business partners
Performs ad hoc assignments/projects as requested
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited college or university, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree
At least five years’ experience with steadily increasing business responsibility
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Must be organized and customer service minded
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
Proficiency in the English language is required
Hybrid work model (three days in office, two days remote per week)

$45,000 - $55,000 / year
Annual bonus potential
Evaluated by performance and paid out quarterly
