Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications: Project Management certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc.
Experience in risk and change management.
Experience with leading and executing improvement projects. Experience in cost, quality, and relationship management.
Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships in an environment that is sometimes ambiguous and susceptible to changing needs.
Excellent analytical and structured problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with goals, and manage invoices. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor engagements, and communicate operational/process updates to vendors. Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions on improvement initiatives.
