CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain Function (TISC) of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. The OE Specialist would* Lead implementation of digital transformation programs to achieve the vision of transforming CPS India to a Smart Factory by 2025 * Define, facilitate, and lead the development and implementation of lean-driven Operational Excellence strategies, programs, and Program Management Office (PMO) framework to build OE culture and capabilities including mindsets and behaviors in the site. * Lead key projects in the plant applying lean/six sigma techniques and coordinating a multicultural team to achieve expected results.
Lean Manufacturing
Lean Manufacturing Principles:
Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts such as value stream mapping, JIT (Just-In-Time) production, and waste reduction.
Knowledge of tools like 5S, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Six Sigma Methodology:
Familiarity with Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
Ability to apply statistical analysis and process improvement techniques.
Productivity Improvement:
Skills in process optimization and continuous improvement.
Identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes.
Data Analysis and Analytics:
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of tools like Minitab, Excel, or statistical software.
Smart Factory and Industry 4.0:
Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT (Internet of Things), automation, and data integration.
Familiarity with smart sensors, RFID, and other technologies used in manufacturing.
Identify opportunities within the factory & implement Value Backed & Technology Forward use cases
Data Visualization:
Ability to create dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and process performance.
Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Project Management:
Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Communication and Teamwork:
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey ideas and improvements.
Collaboration skills to engage with colleagues and employees at all levels.

Ability to manage and lead change initiatives within the organization.

Data analytics: Familiarity in using data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Jupyter for data analysis.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA):

Automation scripting: Ability to create automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
